Full—hydraulic roller straightening machine is a new,high-precision modern Rolling equipment, which play a very important role in the iron and steel industry. Limited by mechanical transmission mode and driven by worm gear and worm, traditional straightening machine cannot avoid some defects, such as small straightening force, slow pressing speed, and low control accuracy. In the contrast, hydraulic straightening machine Roll Gap Control system uses hydraulic device, digital control, so it has much higher precision of the position control, bigger straightening force, faster response speed. Therefore it's of great significance to do a research about the whole hydraulic straightening machine control system's hydraulic pressing.In this paper, based on our school-wide hydraulic straightening machine experimental platform building, it's primarily aimed at studying the hydraulic straightening machine Roll Gap Control system, analyzing the working principle of the straightening machine,and the roll gap control system composition (including the hydraulic drive system and electrical control system). By analyzing the straightening machine's work process of the hydraulic pressing system, we design and select part of the auxiliary systems (pipes, accumulator), and analyze the hydraulic system pressure loss.In the fourth chapter we have redacted the mathematical model of the fully hydraulic straightening machine's position control system, through the analysis of mathematical models, so I have more in-depth understanding of influence factors of the hydraulic straightening machine control system of the roller seam position accuracy, and most important of which is the servo valve gain parameters, natural frequency,damping ratio, and the servo-cylinder natural frequency. Then, in the Chapter five, we use AMEsim to build the simulation model for hydraulic leveler pressing system for image-based modeling.and then,we also do the simulation for the whole two-cylinder hydraulic straightening machine,with the simulation of the depressed function modeling analysis, we find the error principle which generated by the two-cylinder synchronous,at the same time we set the parameters according to the actual situation and do a simulation. ChapterⅥ, we learned the software usage studied the main optimize process of AMEsim, and usage of genetic algorithms. Finally, through the adoption of modeling and analysis of the hydraulic straightening machine PID control parameters of the optimization process, by optimizing we get some with a reference value of PID control parameters.
