Yangtze River Delta region is China’s most important across administrative region of economy. After thirty years of reform and opening, the Yangtze River Delta has become one of the most potential economic sector in China. However, ozone, fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and acid rain characterized by complex regional air pollution have become increasingly prominent, heavy air pollution in the Yangtze River Delta region a wide range of phenomena occur simultaneously increasing frequency, which severely restricted the region’s socio-economic sustainable development and threaten people’s health.
