Backfilling dam is an important production facilities, mining enterprises pl ay an important role in resource and environmental protection, but at the same time is also the biggest mining enterprise production hazards, in the event of backfilling dam dam, reservoir area and high potential energy of water within t he tail slag pouring out of the will, the life safety, social assets, and downstre am ecological environment suffer catastrophic harm. Therefore, to carry out the backfilling dam is of great significance in the study of environmental risk, en vironmental risk assessment for backfilling dam is also very necessary, this wil l help reduce backfilling dam environmental risks, improve the level of emerge ncy risk management, promote the harmonious development of mining enterpris es with the surrounding environment.In this paper, through literature collection and basic theory research, deter mine the backfilling dam research contents and methods of environmental risk assessment system. Backfilling materials at home and abroad dam crash statisti cs, analysis of accident type, refine risk factors; The main analysis and analyti c hierarchy process(ahp) to summarize screening of risk factors, form the first draft of the evaluation index; Then select backfilling dam relevant participants expert group, 10 members through expert consulting further changes to the ev aluation index, build as backfilling materials in dam as the goal layer of the e valuation index system of environmental risk index; The weight of evaluation i ndex set up by using expert scoring method to construct judgment matrix, and product method is used to calculate the judgement matrix eigenvector and con sistency check, draw lessons from all areas of the existing classification standar d and experts and scholars research achievements, the selection of 17 evaluatio n index according to the corresponding relationship between 0 ~ 1 size grading assignment; Finally will build the evaluation index system of backfilling mater ials applied to spend through county Bai Yanwan dam environmental risk asses sment, and proposes the corresponding risk management measures.The main research results of this paper and the conclusion is as follows:1, the statistical analysis of backfilling dam crash data at home and abroa d, mainly dam and leak accident types, the cause of the accident have seepage failure, floods, earthquake liquefaction, specification, design, operation and da m slope instability.2, refining backfilling dam environmental risk factors, based on the theory of environmental risk assessment, sum up out of the 19 backfilling dam accid ent factors of 16 backfilling dam accident harm factors of formation evaluation index first draft. Through expert consultation, eventually form backfilling dam environmental risk evaluation index system, consisting of three level 17 evalu ation index. Using expert scoring method to construct judgment matrix, determi ne the weight of evaluation index set.3, draw lessons from all areas of the existing classification standards and experts and scholars research achievements, the 17 indexes of quantitative class ification, obtain all the quantitative evaluation index of 0 ~ 1 grade range of v alues.4, backfilling materials used to build dam environmental risk evaluation in dex system, used in backfilling materials through county Bai Yanwan dam envi ronmental risk assessment. The probability index is 0.3108, the accident possibi lity is low; Harmfulness index is 0.5677, harmfulness; Environmental risk indic ators(product of possibility and harmfulness index) is 0.1764, the risk classific ation is: generally, the warning level for: blue warning.Backfilling dam is affected by multiple factors comprehensive environment al risk assessment of a complex topic, in view of the author’s other profession al knowledge and energy limited, it exists the shortage of the theory of techno logy and the research methods, in the later study, perfecting the evaluation ind ex system, provide theoretical reference for backfilling materials science evaluat ion of dam environmental risk.
