By using these technologies in the sewage treatment system, the sewage treatment will be continuous, automatic and networking, and then the system will locally or overall improve the efficiency, ensure the quality of the sewage and lower the treatment costs. The improved computer monitoring system also makes the sewage treatment operation stability, convenient, fast, thus produces the greatest economic benefits.According to the practical application, this thesis systematically studied the parameters testing of the sewage treatment process, as well as the design of the main instrument control program.At last, this thesis analyses the important relationship of the COD monitoring parameter reaction temperature, then this thesis has some research about the following item:research on the fuzzy control about the PID parameter. The PID parameter is about the heating apparatus export temperature. Research on how to use the technology in the practical production. The use about it can improve the control performance.
