The industrial wastewater exhausts is increasing quickly with the development of the industrial production. The wastewater becomes one of the main environment problems.The treating wastewater system can relive or eliminate the water pollution to the environment, make use of the water resource availably and reasonably by using the project technology to deal with the wastewater. However, the composition and property of the industrial wastewater are very complicated, so the disposal process is difficult, especially in treating starch wastewater. Many enterprises can't find out an efficiency technique, as result influencing the manage result, consuming material resources seeing no environment performance. So the research and of the wastewater treatment technology and adding the math method into the control system is necessary.This paper bases on the actual situation of a starch processing enterprises. By using these technologies in the sewage treatment system, the sewage treatment will be continuous, automatic and networking, and then the system will locally or overall improve the efficiency, ensure the quality of the sewage and lower the treatment costs. The improved computer monitoring system also makes the sewage treatment operation stability, convenient, fast, thus produces the greatest economic benefits.According to the practical application, this thesis systematically studied the parameters testing of the sewage treatment process, as well as the design of the main instrument control program.At last, this thesis analyses the important relationship of the COD monitoring parameter reaction temperature, then this thesis has some research about the following item:research on the fuzzy control about the PID parameter. The PID parameter is about the heating apparatus export temperature. Research on how to use the technology in the practical production. The use about it can improve the control performance.
