With the national SO2 emission standard being stricter and the development of domestic desulphurization market,the limestone-gypsum spraying wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD) technology was applied extensively with its high efficiency and high reliability. Based on double-film theory,A dynamic mathematic model of limestone dissolution and sulfur dioxide for wet flue gas desulfurization in a spray scrubber is built.In wet limestone desulfurization, in order to know characterization of limestone dissolution, A dynamic mathematic model for flue gas desulfurization (FGD)in a spray scrubber was built on the basis of the double-membrane theory and mass transfer theory. With single limestone grain for research object the model analyzes that the conversion rate of limestone grain changes with the variety of time.The reaction process can be divided into three stages,the stage controlled by gas phase resistance,by gas phase and liquid phase resistance,and by liquid phase resistance. The process mechanism had been verified by the theory. The analytical results accorded with the experimental results of spray scrubber well.The established model can be used to further on spray scrubber FGD and guide the process design for FGD.In wet limestone desulfurization,in order to know dynamic alteration of desulfurization rate, and concentration distributing of sulfur dioxide in a spray scrubber, a dynamic mathematic model for wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) in a spray scrubber was built.The model analyzes that the desulfurization rate changed with the variety of time.The reaction process can be divided into three stages,the stage controlled by gas phase resistance, by gas phases and liquid resistance, and by liquid phase resistance.The unsteady mass transfer theory was applied to establish the mathematical model of the desulfurization calculation was taken to study the influence efficiency.Results showed:the efficiency increased with the increase of the height of spray scrubber, but the influence of the height dropped when the height was to certain degree.The desulfurization efficiency decreased with the increase of the concentration sulfur dioxide.Both the calculation results of the model and the data experiment showed the desulfurization efficiency increased with increase of L/G. The desulfurization efficiency increased with the increased of the slurry spray quantity and spray intensity. In all,The model that was certified by experiment can guide the design of spray scrubber FGD.
