Antibiotics play the role of inhibiting or killing certain pathogenic microbes,it is recognized by all the 20th century's greatest medical discovery. But there are a lot of high concentrations of organic wastewater in the production of antibiotics. And it is characterized by high concentrations of organic compound, the existence of toxic substances, high-color, large fluctuations of pH value. So it is too difficult to treat as one of the toxic organic wastewater. In addition, the Non-normal flow of antibiotic in environment will lay a potential safety problems for the ecological environment. The purpose of the subject was to screen and domesticate high-resistant and high degradation bacteria, then to optimize the culture conditions. It made a systematic study on its resistance and degradation performance, and a research on the influence of ultraviolet radiation to the bacteria.A high-drug-fast strain named for SH-5 was separated from the activated sludge in the sewage treatment station of Northeast Pharmaceutical Factory. By changing the composition of the medium, training time, temperature,pH and oxygen-conditions, the best training conditions of SH-5 was determined. It wathat adding glucose 1g/L,NH4NO31g/L,CaCl2,MgSO4.7H2O,NaCl 0.3g/L, KH2PO40.5g/L into 1000mg/L chloramphenicol stimulant wastewater, and adjusting the pH value for 6,temperature for 25℃, rotate speed for 160 r/min,training time for 72 hour. The result as follows: highest efficiency of bacterial degradation was 64.28%.The growth cycle of SH-5 was relatively long, and the proportion of exponential growing was large. The reason as follows:the medium had chloramphenicol which could inhibit the growth of the bacteria. So it was a slow process from inhibited by chloramphenicol to the gradual degradation of chloramphenicol. It made a experiment which developed drug-fast performance and degradation of the bacteria by UV-induced. The results showed that the antibiotic degradation of bacterial had not been significantly increased. Changes were irregular. Degradation of efficiency did not increace or fall with the ultraviolet irradiation time. It had randomicity. It was known from the form of the bacterial that the drug-fast performance and degradation of the bacteria did not change with the change of the form.
