| In plate heat treating production line, the key equipment is quenching machine.Based on plate roller quenching machine project of Shanxi TISCO Linfen iron & Steel Co.Ltd.,the temperature field in quenching and shape control of plate have been studied and analyzed. The acquired research result has been applied successfully in the plate roller quenching machine project of Linfen iron and Steel Co.Ltd. and the online application shows satisfying results.The main contents of my article as follows:(1)The general situation of plate roller quenching machine and the related technology of application have been summarized. Meanwhile, the quenching cooling system is the key to assurance cooling homogeneous and quenching technology require of quenching plate. It is also the core technology about the developing and applying of roller quenching machine.(2) In plate quenching process, the temperature field state of plate is the key on satisfying the require of quenching technology and achieving the technological control. The temperature field has been gained by using finite difference calculus from researching the heat exchange equation in plate quenching process.Then the changing rule of temperature with time and temperature distribution in plate interior have been gained.(3)In plate quenching process, the shape control is the important technological problem in the exploitation and application of roller quenching machine.The effecting factors of plate temperature homogeneous have been studied in plate cooling, and the shape control strategies have been researched, which can provide bases for improving the shape bug in plate quenching process.The acquired research result mentioned above has been successfully applied in practice satisfying the require of production.
