Since the reform and opening up,The wide and thick plate production technology and equipment and production process has been rapid development in china,wide and thick plate production has been greatly increased,but the low grade of ordinary wide and thick plate production have become saturated,or even surplus.In order to satisfy the development of roller type soluble lighters,more and more companies have invested in the construction of roller type soluble lighters.Based on the 5000mm heat treatment and quenching machine equipment project as the background,this article through the analysis and study the equipment,to build the level of automation and process control system,and through the analysis of the influencing factors of quenching steel plate shape and successfully applied in the new development of low alloy steel pressure vessels 07MnNiMoVDR,has obtained the good effect.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Combined with Shagang group beat treatment workshop production process,introduces quenching machine,nozzle design,water treatment system,etc,especially for high and low pressure pipe layout,traffic and detail to the nozzle design.(2)In accordance with the need of roller quenching machine process control system,build the level of automation system and control model of secondary process system platform.Level of automation system mainly includes the testing instrument,PLC,field bus,work station and human-computer interface,etc.Process control system is the core task of the quenching process of automatic control,mainly including data communication module,database,model calculation module.(3)In order to realize the accurate control of water,by introducing the principle and setting method of PID control,using the method of experience value for the flow control PID parameter setting.(4)Analysis of the factors that affect steel cooling process the temperature uniformity,studied the content of thick plate roller quenching process of strip shape control strategy,in order to improve the strip shape defects of steel quenching process to provide the basis.Applying the above research results production practice,achieved good application effect,can meet the actual production needs.(5)By optimizing the steel composition design,USES the TCR rolling of steel rolling,high and low pressure setting a reasonable period of fluctuation than when quenching and adopt appropriate tempering temperature,the development of new steel grade 07MnNiMoVDR.
