In Iron&Steel enterprises, steel-making, continuous-casting and hot-rolling are three critical processes.The batch planning result of each process has direct impact on productivity of enterprises.The research on integrated production batch plan of steel-making, continuous-casting and hot-rolling(SM-CC-HR) has becoming the direction of Iron&Steel enterprises, and has an important academic significance.The batch planning result of steel-making has an important impact to after process's batch planning, as upstream of product plan.so, how to make a reasonable steel-making plan, has important significance to Iron&Steel enterprises lower production costs, reduce power consumption and shorten the production cycle, reduce inventory, improve enterprise productivity.This thesis unite the research on the planning of Steel-making, Continuous Casting and Hot-Rolling integrated simulation system which is the open problem of the Process Industry Integrated Automatization Science And Technology Innovation Flat& Process Industry Integrated Automatization Ministry Of Education Keystone Lab "985 Project". The steel-making batch planning is researched in the background of the production process of one steel company.The main work and research are as follows:(1)The research and application of integrated batch planning for domestic and overseas is studied, the research of steel-making batch plan is studied and point out some issues of steel-making batch plan.(2)The overviews of product batch plan are studied, and extend to Iron&Steel integrated batch plan research. At first introduce the target and model system of integrated batch plan, then from Steel-making, Continuous Casting and Hot-Rolling introduce the process, the targets and strategic of plan. Also, of the emergence of robust optimization, development, arid the basic framework and mechanism as well as the robustness of several basic types of optimization are studied.(3)To the problems of Steel-making batch plan's mathematical model, provide a new mathematical model based on robust optimization method, and analysis of the advantages of the improved model from Practical applications.(4)To the Steel-making batch plan's mathematical model based on robust optimization method, designed heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm.And Iron&Steel enterprises production data as actual experimental data, experimental verification of the model and algorithm effectiveness.
