The technology of continuous casting and rolling was a new technology for producing hot strip plate which was successfully developed by the end of the 1980 and the beginning of the 1990. This technology has become an innovatory advanced technology, which was integrated with science, technology, engineering as a whole, thereby the products of hot plate roll can be finished in the traditional product line. Compared with a traditional product line, this technology has a series of superiority which includes the process is short, the consuming of energy is low, the efficiency of production is high, the equipment is simple, cost is low and forth on, therefore it has attained a widely recognition by domestic and abroad metallurgy industry.In continuous casting and rolling, it is required to realize the continuously of the whole production line and the online or offline though a combined control in parameters such as logistic management flux, temperature and time, based on the optimal control of chemical and physical metallurgy process. In this way, the management of production organization of continuous casting and rolling is very important. Due to so many traits like the complexity of the technology of continuous casting and rolling, so many limited condition of the production plan, the strong dynamic randomicity of production process and lots of aims, it is difficult to proceed in the compiling the production plan and optimization of the process dynamic distribution. Because of the development of the computer science, the management of production organization of continuous casting and rolling has become reality based on the method of integrated system and expert system.The purpose of this thesis is analyze and investigate the management of production organization, the compilation of the product plan and the management strategy of the dynamic distribution, according to the product technology process and the traits of the technology equipment of 1580 mm continuous casting and rolling of one steel project and then optimal scheme for the management of production organization will be proposed.
