Determine weight and membership of each index with AHP and fuzzytheory, and apply the MATLAB software, the calculation becomes faster. Applicationestablished multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and index system of coalgangue power generation project, analys and evaluate comprehensive benefits of the coal gangue power generation project of Huangling Mining Group, comprehensive benefit value is80.73, it is in a range of "very significant" in the evaluation grade, so established evaluationmodel and index system is reasonable.
