Research On The Benefit Evaluation Of Major Projects Of Land Consolidation In Yan'an City,shaanxi Province

At present,the situation of cultivated land resources in China is very serious.According to the research on the carrying capacity of land population,there is a serious phenomenon of overloading of land in China.Moreover,with the further increase of population,the amount of cultivated land in China is decreasing year by year.The shortage of cultivated land resources has become a potential problem that constrains the long-term development of our economy and society.In order to improve the quality of cultivated land,improve agricultural production conditions and promote ecological civilization construction,China began to implement the major project of land remediation in 2008.The research on the benefit evaluation of the major projects of land remediation can provide reference for the development of the major projects.And it is of practical guiding significance to carry out the research on the benefit evaluation of the major projects of land remediation and the standardization and scientific management of the major projects.This paper aims at the major project of land renovation in Yan'an,Shaanxi province.Through the scientific analysis of the land remediation major project and its comprehensive benefit evaluation connotation,on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge and the combination of field research and theoretical analysis,understand the basics of the project and selection of evaluation indicators.Using AHP and(FCE),the index system of benefit evaluation was established.And the evaluation results of indicators at all levels are analyzed quantitatively.This paper studies the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the typical construction project of yanan land in shaanxi province from three aspects of economy,society and ecology.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The evaluation result of the comprehensive benefit of the land improvement project in Jiaokou town of Yanchang county is "Excellent".In which that,the economic benefit evaluation result is "Good",the social benefit evaluation result is "Excellent" and the ecological benefit evaluation result is "Good".2.The evaluation result of the comprehensive benefit of the land improvement project in Zhouwan town of Wuqi county is "Good".In which that,the economic benefit evaluation result is"Excellent",the social benefit evaluation result is "Good" and the ecological benefit evaluation result is "Good".3.In this paper,the evaluation system established by AHP-FCE model can comprehensively cover the benefit points of major projects of land improvement.It is scientific and systematic.It can objectively reflect the actual situation of the benefit of major project projects.The evaluation results are reasonable and reliable.
