With social economy development, the number of tall buildings and chemical workshop spaces increasing. This kind of places personnel dense, fire hazard high and relief is difficult. The traditional water spray fire-extinguishing facilities'water is less, effluent scattered, fire fighting efficiency is relatively low, can't meet this kind of building's fire extinguishing demand. In order to overcome water spray fire-extinguishing facilities'shortcomings, consider today's large space building fire extinguishing demand and development trend of fire guns, design a set of intelligent fire gun control system, to realization fire guns automatic positioning fire and automatic fire extinguishing.The main content of this paper are:(1) Analysis the function requirement of intelligent fire cannon control system, choose NXP semiconductors CORTEX- M3 kernel micro controller LPC1752 as the master chip, design power supply, debugging, ISP, I/O interface and other basic peripheral circuit. Design intelligent fire guns fieldbus RS485 communication interface circuit, using MODBUS communication protocol design fire guns communication software.(2) Design intelligent fire cannon fire detection scheme.Analysis the principle of ultraviolet fire detection, Choose Japan Hamamatsu company ultraviolet flame sensors R2868 as intelligent fire cannon fire detection and positioning sensor, design signal processing circuit conversion weak current output signals of R2868 detection into the pulse signal. Design the pulse signal counting circuit measurements current radiation intensity; Design the sliding window analysis algorithm of sensor signals ultraviolet flame, complete fire detection and localization.Analysis the principle of infrared fire detection, Use us PerkinElmer company double detection element infrared pyroelectric flame sensor LHI814 as intelligent fire cannon fire detection sensor. design circuit amplify the weak output voltages of LHI814 detection sensor, Select LPC1752 micro controller to bring 12 AD converter acquisition simulation voltage signal, Design corresponding AD conversion program.(3) Analysis the principle of DC - DC boost up circuit , adopt PWM switch power integrated control chip UC3843A design one-port flyback type 24V - 300V boost up circuit , provide work power for uv flame sensor R2868.(4) Analysis the driving torque, response characteristic request of intelligent fire cannon, choose 86 type stepping motor drive fire cannon. Adopt PWM chopping control stepping motor driver chip THB6064H design driving circuit. Adopting micro controller LPC1752 timer module of matching compare features output pulse signal control horizontal and vertical stepping motor running.Completed the sensor selection and ordering, the circuit board design and production, overall foundation stage debugging of intelligent fire guns,realized the basic function of intelligent fire gun control.
