In recent years,fire accidents have frequently occurred at warehouses,ports,gas stations and other places,which have caused tremendous damage and loss to our lives and property.In order to prevent the occurrence of fire and reduce its harm to our human society,currently the most effective method is to promptly warn and extinguish at the early stage of a fire accident.At present,domestic fire detectors have problems such as low reliability,long alarm response time,small detection range,low detection sensitivity and high cost.To solve these problems,in this paper it is researched and developed a compund fire detector with a quadruple channels of ultraviolet&infrared.Firstly,the design scheme of the compund fire detector with a quadruple channels of UV&IR is proposed.Based on the analysis of fire flame radiation spectrum and fire detection interference radiation spectrum,two IR monitoring bands and two UV monitoring bands are established.Through double detection of UV and IR radiation spectrum of early fire burning,the reliability of fire detection is improved;By detecting and analyzing artificial heat sources,solar radiation interference and background radiation interference,the anti-interference ability of the fire detector is improved;The usage of a detection turntable equipped with fire detectors enables all-round fire detection which expands the scope of fire detection;By using high-performance CPU and efficient fire identification algorithms,the sensitivity of fire detection is improved.Secondly,the detection turntable is designed as the mounting platform of the detector,which is equipted with infrared pyroelectric sensor and semiconductor ultraviolet sensor for fire signal detection,32-bit microprocessor STM32F103RCT6 as the hardware development platform of the main controller of the detector.Based on UCOSIII real-time operating system,main control program and fire identification algorithm are developed.Finally,on the basis of the physical characteristics of the fire,this software and hardware platform is simulated for detecting fire signals and background interference sources in different environments,and data analysis and fire identification algorithm simulation and implementation are carried out.In the end,the entire function of fire detector are tested.The test results show that the detector has short response time,high reliability,wide detection range,and high sensitivity,which effectively reduces property loss and casualties.
