In this dissertation,the author analyses the deficiency of the traditional manner of reactive power-voltage control in present distribution network.New control strategy of reactive power-voltage are put forward and the feasibility of the utilization of Flexible AC Transmissing System technology(FACTS controller) is analysed.The problems lie in nine-subarea regulate mode are analysed. After pointing out the use of real-time current,voltage and power obtained in transformer station as input and deducing the analytical formula of real-time control of reactive power-voltage,the improved strategy of regulate mode of reactive power-voltage is advanced.On this basis,a simulational calculation of llOkV transformer station is developed.The existing problems of present distribution network are analysed and analytical formula of overvoltage of high voltage cable is deduced.Simulational calculation are carried too.The author analyses the application actuality of FACTS controller,presents the feasibility scheme on utilization of FACTS controller in city network's reconstruction and the idea of future layout of south bank area network.The results show that much techno-economic benefits can be obtained by using new control strategy of reactive power-voltage and extending the utilization of FACTS controller in distribution network.
