In this paper, Numerical simulation of furnace combustion process using pulverized coalreburning was carried out. The simulations of flow, heat transfer, combustion, and analysis ofthe results got pleased conclusions. Thek-e model was used in simulation of gas flow;The PDF method was used tosimulate the gas combustion;costochastic tracking method in lagrangean coordinatessystem was used in tracing the tracks of particle; the radiation is P-1 method;devolatilization model is the two competing rates model. In the simulation of NOx, the creation of thermal NOx,prompt NOx,fuel NOx andthe coke's deoxidize effect on NO was considered. The result of simulation of 3# boiler in yuanbaoshan power plant show thatpulverized coal reburning can emit less the NO pollution to 50%. This will offerreference and instruct to other boiler set.
