Under the project (No.59705005) of National Foundation for Natural Sciences: Study on Construction Vehicle Electronic Control for Saving Energy and the project of Leading Teacher Foundation of Ministry of Education: Study on Improving the Performance of Drive and Economy of AT System of Construction Vehicle, aiming at the problem that the construction vehicle hydraulic torque converter transmission efficiency will drop when the instantaneous high strength load was run into, and taking engine, torque converter, drive gear-box and load as a whole to study the saving energy problem, utilizing the saving energy shift scheme whose control parameter is the hydraulic torque converter pump rotate speed and turbine output rotate speed, we carried on the development and research of the automatic transmission on the construction machinery surrounding the automatic transmission control technology and the design of the hardware and software of the control system. 1. The sum of the Development of Automatic TransmissionOn the base of referring to a great deal of external and internal vehicle automatic transmission information, the development course and development status and trend at home and abroad and the state of applied in construction vehicle of the automatic transmission were introduced, the view was pointed that intellectualized control system and integrated vehicular electronic system were developmental trend of AT technology. At the same time the meaning, feasible analysis and key technology have been described. Automatic transmission can avoid the difference of the drivers, alleviate the intension of work, improve productivity and cut down the pollution.2.Study on the shift scheme of Construction VehicleAll the shift schemes which was suitable to the construction vehicle, the state of automobile shift scheme applied in construction vehicle and the composition and characteristic of the hydrodynamic mechanical transmission were introduced, and effects to the working condition dot of the hydraulic torque converter with the outside load change which leads the reason of bringing the working condition dot of torque converter moving high efficiency section to low efficiency section. Based on the saving energy shift scheme, the whole transmission efficiency of has been improved and the energy has been economized by keeping the torque converter working in the range of a limited idealized value under all working condition expect the left low efficiency range when transmission worked in the lowest shift and the right low efficiency range when transmission worked in the highest shift. the control method used in the course of the automatic transmission has generally summarized and appraised the merit and shortcoming of all kinds methods.3. The design and debug of hardware and software on the automatic transmission electronics control systemThe designs of hardware and software on the electronics control system of the automatic transmission are the key content of this paper, and the main thought of hardware circuit design on the construction vehicle was systematically explained in an all-round way, and the module method have been adopted in the course of the designing, including the inputting, outputting and ECU units, which simplified the design and debug course through separating the designing of the inputting, the outputting, and ECU units, we briefly state the settlement of hardware and software anti-interference of the control system based on the microprocessor single chip. Combining the hardware circuit, we design the software of the control system and provide the frame and procedure of every part, the module method was adopted in the design, too.4.
