In view of the poor efficiency and serious pressure fluctuation in Wennan Oilfield water-injecting pumping station,the thesis proposed a scheme to reconstruct the pumping station——new reciprocating pump units and frequency inverters are added to the station,which will replace the inefficient centrifugal pump units. Meanwhile, the technical procedure, technical demand and devices used in this system are analyzed ,and then a corresponding optimal energy-saving control strategy is put forward.High efficiency and constant-pressure control are the key problems in this project. The efficiency of the pumping station is a complex and multi-variable function, involving many elements, which leads to great difficulty in strategy research of efficiency optimization. In this thesis, the author applys neural network to trace the energy-consuming characteristics of every pump unit, for solving the problem of the whole station efficiency optimization. Furthermore, in order to realize the constant-pressure control and accomplish the optimal strategy, this thesis also discusses many related technologies in detail.In the end of this thesis,the author analyzed and designed the whole control system software,and its main blocks and basic functions have been described briefly.
