The vibration measurement of rotating machinery is the important component of monitoring equipment operation state. The rotor is key part of rotating machinery. Much operation failure of rotating machinery correlates with rotor vibration nearly. The equipment operation state can be realized through on-line measuring rotor vibration., which ensures that equipment operates without fault. Therefore, it has an important meaning in application to develop rotor vibration apparatus.In this paper, on the basis of detailed analysis of measuring rotor vibration, rotor vibration characteristic signal has been studied. It realizes acquisition in a complete sampling period and anti-aliasing filtering circuit through phase-locked loop; and develops the portable vibration signal acquisition and processing system. The system adopts eddy current sensor to realize the measurement of rotor vibration displacement. It utilizes multi-processor embedded technology which taking Digital Signal Processor as the core finishes data acquisition, processing and analysis.
