Study On Nitrogen Oxides (NO_x) Emission Characteristic Of Marine Diesel Engine Based On Environmental Condition

Along with world economic development, the people's environmental protection consciousness enhancement, the time which trades the environment with economy has gone for ever, displaced is the economy society that give attention to both of them, the world welcomes the economical and continual time which the person and the nature was harmonious. The limits to the emission of marine diesel engine are on the birth under this big environment. The ship undertakes the 97% of world trade, but as main ship engine, the diesel engine, its emission is huge. This paper mainly analyzes influence on NOx-emission when the ambient temperature and angle of start injection change.First, this paper introduced the ship's emission and limit lawNext, this paper analyzed diesel engine NOx-emission characteristic, then introduced NOx-emission control methods.Then, this paper establishes the model of diesel engine burns, with the aid of GT-SUIT software, simulates the diesel engine burning situation, calculated NOx-emission when the ambient temperature change, as well as the angle of start of injection.Finally, in the computation and in the consult correlation technology material foundation, the paper gives out the measure when the ambient temperature change, and how to adjust the angle of start of injection to optimize diesel engine NOx-emission.
