Studied the influence of ammonia nitrogen in reclaimed water on the corrosion of circulating cooling system when reclaimed water was reused as circulating cooling water in fossil fuel power plants. The test sample are A3 steel and 304 stainless steel. Two methods are adopted, one is weight loss method, the other is potentiodynamic continuous scanning method. The experimental conditions include,(1)2~70mg/L ammonia nitrogen solution,(2)30~45℃ammonia nitrogen solution,(3)pH7.0~pH9.0 ammonia nitrogen solution,(4)including 2~20mg/L MK-300 corrosion and scale inhibitor ammonia nitrogen solution. The experiment outcomes indicate that corrosion speed of A3 sample and 304 sample increase along with the increase of concentration of ammonia nitrogen solution and the rise of the temperature of ammonia nitrogen solution, and decrease along with the rise of pH value of ammonia nitrogen solution, and at first decrease rapidly along with the increase of corrosion and scale inhibitor concentration and then increase.slightly. Corrosion potential also change along with these conditions.
