The thesis makes experimental study to the EI-DRB swirling burner early used and swirling burner with central feeding-powder existing in #2 boiler of XiBaipo Power Plant Co., Ltd. Experimental results show that swirling burner with central feeding-powder not only increases boiler efficiency, but reduces emission of NOX and improves the flame-stabilization in low-load operation condition.In order to further optimize the center-feeding burners, the paper also preceded a numerical simulation study for the boiler after reforming the burners. Results showed that use center-feeding cyclone burners could play a good role in low load stable combustion of boiler, also had very good results in reducing NOX emissions.
