This paper is based on the subject "High-powered Asynchronism Mortor Drive Control of CRH2",which is a subsidiary project of the railway ministry important item "Train Traction and Network Control".This paper mainly aims to research on the structure,the basic theory and the control arithmetic of the traction convertor,and the control arithmetic is validated by simulation.The simulation model is based on traction drive system of high-speed EMU.The main circuit includes traction transformer,single-phase three-level rectifier,middle DC link,three-level inverter and three-phase asynchronism mortor.Transient direct current control and SPWM modulate strategy is adopted in single-phase three-level rectifier.SVPWM modulate and indirect rotor magnetic field-orientation is adopted in three-level inverter.The traction trait curve is designed according to the modulation trait of the motor.The constant speed control and auto-passion phase separations strategy is researched detailedly.The control arithmetic put forwarded in this paper is validated by Simulink of Matlab and the simulation results are analyzed.The results indicate that the DC voltage is steady,power factor of AC side is high,the system has better dynamic and static performance when EMU works at traction,constant and dormancy state.The motor torque works fully in the command of introduction.The motors work in the approximately constant torque control state at low speed district and constant power control at middle and high speed zone.EMU runs at the instruction speed steadily when EMU works at constant speed control.The larger torque fluctuations is avoided by smooth control when work state changes.The simulation results show that the control strategies put forwarded in this paper are feasible.The hardware platform of three-level inverter based on double DSP(TMS320LF2407 and TMS320VC33)is designed,and the experiment results show that the three-level SVPWM put forwarded in this paper are feasible.
