Hydraulic excavator as a class of fast,highly efficient construction machinery has been increasingly recognized.It is a kind of construction equipment With high Power,and the energy saving control will directly affect the economics and reliability of the excavator.Slewing hydraulic system is an important component of the hydraulic excavator,Slewing hydraulic system performance is very importance for the machine performance.This paper analysis and comparison of the traditional excavator slewing hydraulic system and load-sensitive slewing hydraulic system efficiency through the energy-saving of the Slewing hydraulic system of hydraulic excavator,and optimize their parameters.which also gived a detailed discussion of the pressure loss of excavator working device.This paper reseah the theoretical modeling and numerical simulation study through the dynamic characteristics of energy-saving control of excavator slewing hydraulic system as the focus,Use AMESim software to establish the simplify model of the traditional excavator slewing hydraulic system and hydraulic load-sensitive slewing system,Focus on the establishment the load-sensitive valve and pressure regulating valve model of the load-sensitive pump,Simulation of the hydraulic system of the basic dynamic characteristic curve,Analysis and Comparison of the difference between the traditional excavator slewing hydraulic system and load-sensitive hydraulic rotary system efficiency,energy waste.Simulation analysis showed that the load-sensitive hydraulic rotary excavator system is 15%higher in efficiency than the traditional hydraulic system,Output shaft speed of the system is stability,Small fluctuations with Load changes,Pump output pressure above a certain value than the pressure of load,which avoid excessive pressure loss.It has a more eloquent testimony to the excavator in the application of the load sensitive slewing hydraulic system more stability,energy saving,the benefits of reliable than the traditional slewing hydraulic system from Simulation analysis.This paper also analyse the fuel tank press losing and efficiency for the use of the characteristics of hydraulic excavators.Come to a result that the excavator working device hydraulic cylinders for the rod used oil into the cavity,cavity rodless connect to oil-free less pressure loss than another way connection when the excavator working device for the resistive force load.AMESim analysis through simulation results consistent with the theoretical analysis.The study provide a certain basis for designed of load-sensitive hydraulic system, and Which is also an important aspect of Hydraulic excavator the energy-saving,high efficiency.
