Form the naissance of the Hydraulic Excavator,it has been received quiet great progress,and it can hold the balance in the engineering. On account of its light full weight,small volume,close configuration,calm transmission,simple control,as well as the series strongpoint of easy achieves shifting gears and autocontroling it get hold of abroad applying. however hydraulic pressure system consume energy sources severity. Energy-saving technique in Hydraulic excavator mostly embodies the colligative control to diesel engine,hydraulic pressure,s pump,main clique etc in abroad.But in our country we are begin with only in this moment in appearance.It is the Mechanical Electronic Engineering direction of Hydraulic Excavator in Energy-saving Control.In this article we will design the simple hydraulic pressure system of Hydraulic excavator,in base of this design we also contrive the Hydro-electronic load sensing control system.first of all,I analysied the energy losing of hydraulic pressure in Hydraulic excavator. The mostly causation included mechanism damnify losing,kinetic energy losing,throttle losing,flooding losing,the valve interspace energy losing,power matching illogicality evocable losing etc. I also analysied the Energy-saving measures on Hydraulic excavator. From the circs of energy losing I design the hydraulic pressure system aim at the Energy-saving in Hydraulic excavator.I find that the orthodox servo valve couldn't satisfy the system,s responding velocity and control precision. The technic that introduced the elect control would turn into developing direction in Hydraulic excavator.Secondly,in the real exercise at present that the hydraulic pressure control system mostly included electricity-hydraulic on-off control,electricity-hydraulic proportion control and the electricity-hydraulic servocontrol. Each systemic core is consist of component which it is apply in on-off valve,proportion valve,servo valve. From colligative advisement,we choose the electricity-hydraulic proportion to control pump,s flow quantity in order to satisfy matching between the pump and the laden in the hydraulic excavator. Proportion valve is the organ that it,s capability between on-off valve and servo valve.Compare to the electricity-hydraulic servocontrol the proportion valve have excellence in the price and the ability of antipolluted. It is not as good as in the aspect of precision to control and the responding velocity,but others aspect to some tune as the on-off valve and the servo valve,it,s whisht and dynamic capability satisfied our need in the mostly engineering. It is roughly satisfied our need to control the pump,s flow quantity in the load sensing system which have the responding velocity quickly and the precision to control. If we use it we will improve ourenergy-saving better and change out the numerous design in tradition control system of mechanic-hydraulic.Thirdly,aim at the each tache of control system we finished the mathematics modeling,analyzed the electricity-hydraulic valve,s mathematics modeling , and come out the open daisy chain of the electricity-hydraulic valve. We confirm the parameter in which we have use in the system in order to control the pump,s flowing quantity which base on the control theory.Fourthly,it is important to design the controller which can call for our needing directly in the system .In this article we adopt the PID controller.Considing the shortage of conventional PID controller we import the apery brainpower integral,it increased the quality of controller in the system.Through analyzed the simulation of the system we compared the conventional PID controller to the compound PID controller , at last we found the apery brainpower integral PID controller can respond rapidly and have little exceeding move.It can satisfied our need to control system.Fifthly,we adopt the advanced software of AMESim to simulated the electricity-hydraulic load sensing control system.The software of AMESim can use abundant component of it,s intel storeroom to liberate consumer from the loaded math modeling.From the simulation we validated the load sensing theory and the control capability.Last we find that the electricity-hydraulic control system better than the conventional mechanic- hydraulic servo in the simulation.Because of the experiment condition and my ability I can do the pump control system.I didn,t consider the change connection of laden and the pressure difference.I build the experiment flat roof to demarcate the flux sensor ,and clear up the experiment data ,from the experiment to check up the controller,s precision and responding speed.
