Process Analysis And Standardization System Research Of Substation Operating Work

This paper studies how to carry out the method of process analysis in the Transformer substation production process, and what the questions taken place by applying the method of process analysis in the management of the Transformer substation. In recent years, after the shift on duty of Transformer substation, a number of urgent issues have emerged. Therefore, variety of management methods is adopted in different places, for example, the carding of working process, carrying out substation standardization and so on. This paper use Gantt chart and process analysis method of project management to analyze the two tasks in the field work: Transmission Note and the device link of running protection. The recessive experience knowledge, by adopt of the two tasks, is shown to people through clear channel, and changed into materials up to Transformer substation standard building, so as to reduce the workload of standardization construction of substation, and it provides more references for Substation standardization, too.
