The pollution to power network by harmonic current,reactive power,negative-sequence current and how to mitigate their effect is one of the most important problem faced to modern power system researches. This work is based on the research of complex current quality regulator. The topology construction and principle of the regulator were first analyzed detailedly and then the mathematic model was built up. After compared several detecting methods, the best one fit for this device was confirmed. A control method including inside and outside voltage loop and a current loop was designed for foundation frequency module. The method of PI+repetitive control was put forward and designed to harmonic module accordantly. At last, some key experiments were processed by RTDS and determine the correctness and effectiveness of this device.
