Many researchers have been studying and modeling the efficiency improvement on the gasification process of biomass power generation ever since its development in our country. The gasification process modeling of biomass power generation based on dynamic method needs a lot of parameters, but these parameters are usually not easy to get. A modeling method based on least square support vector machine (LS-SVM) which directly uses the experimental data is presented to overcome the weaknesses of mechanism modeling, the system structure and algorithm are given, the experimental results prove the precision of this model. Compared with the experimental data, the simulation results show that this method has good performance, it can provide controlling and optimization reference to the gasification process of biomass power generation.
