In this paper, Dynamic characteristics of theⅠgrade operating room is study by numerical simulation method. And the numerically simulated is based on high-Re number K-εmodel /wall function method and small slip model. The partial differential equation is dispersed by F-V method, Algebraic equations is solved by TDMA method and ADI iteration method, And SIMPLE method is applied for pressure and velocity coupling algorithm. The operating room which is equiped to carry on a Cardiac Surgery is selected as the research model, and dynamic characteristics of theⅠgrade operating room is simulated and forecasted under different conditions. Also a set of experimental data is obtained in a gradeⅠoperating room. Results showed that air supply velocity is significantly effect on the concentration of Particle in surgical area. To maintain local high cleanliness of surgical area, the air supply rate is greater than 0.35m/s in the Cardiac Surgery room. The author propose developing China's dynamic standard and suggest Suspension particles<60/L in the dynamic detection index ofⅠgrade operating room. Covering the operating table can reduce the potential pollution of the surgical area when a surgery is conducting. The most proper arrangement of the shadowless lamp is decorated with a pair, one installed on the front of the operating table, the other on the back, and the distance to working face is about 1.0m in the height direction. The key to improve cleanliness of surgical area is controling the number of personnel and the location of personnel.
