Hospital is a place with high turnover rate and more susceptible person, especially the operating room. Whether the area of surgery is clean or not concerns much to surgical success rate and effect of the patient's rehabilitation. However, in energy crisis, how to improve the cleansing effect of the investment while reducing energy consumption, we have to study the subject.This article will analysis and simulate the operating room for classⅡ. First, in accordance with the norms ,we established recommended size physical model, numerical simulation method using three kinds of air supply in the form of the operating room control effect of pollutants and to predict its impact factors were analyzed.We simulated clean operating room for classⅡon the specification form of the recommended form of air supply, and found that it is easy to produce eddy current under the surgical lamp, it is possible contaminants to the main area will result in incision infection. When reducing the air exchange, the lower speed of wind against external interference will decrease the ability to exclude contamination. Pollutant concentration increases with decreasing number of air exchange, but all within the specifications. For the temperature, when the air exchange of air flow is reduced to 30ACH ,there is no longer effectively air flow to cool surgical area to maintain proper temperature.For surgical lights blocking the air on top of surgical incision ,we tried to supply air of radial flow with the same amount. Simulations found that in the case of an empty state, the flow lines do not cross. Surgical lights on the role of a very small block airflow, and personnel have a great impact on the flow, vortex appears easily in the downwind side of the barrier properties of the flow, in the loss of flow in the clean room , obstacles on the line should be avoided in the direction of flow. In the same air supply, the loss of flow rate of decay faster, operation at high temperature region, which is beyond the specification limits, surgical area was 3 times as high as the average the air supply mode turbulence, which is beyond the regulatory requirements. In the same amount of wind, the low-speed radial flow clean air supply in the form of gradeⅡsurgery is not effective.To improve the purification effect of regional operation, we supply air with higher speed in the center to simulate the air flow in the clean operating room. in the form , we can effectively targeted, protected part of the operating table. But at the same time, when increasing the atmosphere in the ceiling , it is also easier to generate large vortex on both sides of the formation. So the operating room should be regularly cleaned to prevent pollutants in the dead zone flowing into the mainstream at the air flow to cause secondary pollution. In the simulation, the flow rate of the center played a dominant role in the air operations area . With the same amount of air supply, temperature changes with a little significance, Central air speed difference increases ,in the surgical area , the overall concentration trend showed a trend of decrease. Considering that the center of best, air velocity should be between 0.3m/s and 0.4m/s.
