Lepisorus ussuriensis (Regel et Maack) Ching is a polypodiaceae plant of the genusLepisorus known as stone tea, tea tree, sword blade of grass and so on, which is evergreen andsummer green plants growing on multi-shade and moist rocks or tree trunks gap. Bitter, flat, itsclearing, detoxifying, diuretic, cough and bleeding effect are used in folk widely. In recent years, the research has shown that the main components in Lepisorus ussuriensis are chlorogenic acidand lutein. And the current research on polypodiaceae plants is just unfolding. And there is littleresearch on the plants of Lepisorus ussuriensis (Regel et Maack) Ching. The research aboutLepisorus ussuriensis includes two aspects.1. The identification of crude drug: The different sections of Lepisorus ussuriensis (Regelet Maaek) Ching including Root, stem and leaf were observed byt raditional method, paraffinsection method and the whole plant powder and spores were identified by temporary loadingmethod..HPLC method was used to determine chlorogenic acid and lutein content of Lepisorusussuriensis.2The analysis of active ingredient: Compare the water extract and70%ethanol extract ofLepisorus ussuriensis inhibition of mouse ear swelling and evaluate the anti-inflammatoryeffect. Preliminary analyse methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether and n-butanolextraction of70%ethanol extract of Lepisorus ussuriensis. Results showed that the mostobvious anti-inflammatory activity is ethyl acetate part extraction. The results of analysis is theethyl acetate extract of Lepisorus ussuriensis containing alkaloids, sugar, anthraquinone, triterpenoid saponins and cardiac glycoside compounds.
