Application Of Loading Dose Clopidogrel Combined With ABCD3 - I In TIA Control

Objective:To explore the effect of clopidogrel of loading dose in treating TIA by using the evaluation method of ABCD3-I to evaluate TIA.Methods:106patients with TIA for starting symptoms were collected in our hospital, and made onset of expert evaluation, all risk factors and conventional MRI, magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI), magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) were conducted within48hours. According to the ABCD3-I evaluation method, they were divided into low risk group, the moderate and high risk group. In standard group, the dose of clopidogrel was75mg, in load group,the first dose of clopidogrel was300mg, followed to75mg/d. Then the incidence of ischemic stroke in each group within7days were observed.Results:In ABCD3-I eveluation of low-risk group(0-3points), moderate(4-7points), high-risk groups(8-13points) within7days, the rate of stroke in standard group were0%,33.3%,50.0%; and the rate of stroke in load group were0%,5.6%,12.5%. There was no difference in the low-risk group. The difference between moderate and high-risk groups in stroke rate had statistically significance(p<0.01).Conclusion:In the moderate and high risk groups of ABCD3-I evaluation, clopidogrel of loading dose may have an advantage over standard dose in preventing ischemic stroke.
