| Aspidistra plants of the genus Aspidistra are subordinate to generalized Liliaceae Liliaceae. In2008, Tillich recorded that the world Aspidistra genus had about93species, mainly in tropical and subtropical regions of eastern Asia. At present, there are about67species of the genus in China, mainly distributed in Chinese Yangtze River Basin and its southern regions. Among them, Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan are the most concentrated. This dissertation mainly makes a systematic study on the palynology research and near-infrared spectra study about Aspidistra plants produced in Guizhou province. The content of the research includes the research literature investigation, sample collection, plant palynology, near-infrared spectroscopy, and through the palynology research and near-infrared spectra to identification, the two research methods, the account of the relevant literature Guizhou classify species of this genus revisedThrough extensive literature research, sample collection and Guizhou genus Aspidistra Palynology Research and application study of Near Infrared Spectroscopy in the case of production in Guizhou, Guizhou production Aspidistra plant species and pollen morphology are described in the description. At the same time,9kinds of palynology findings are for the first time to report, such as A. pingtangensis, A. liboensis y,A. chishuiensis, A. guizhouensis, A. australis etc. And through the study of the genus Guizhou Palynology, discusses the evolution and reproduction of this genus Guizhou; discusses the current information described in Guizhou15kinds of plants of the genus near-infrared spectroscopy findings. At present, Guizhou Aspidistra in plant palynology research still needs to be improved. In view of this situation, basing on pollen taxonomy,15species of this genus were studied by using scanning electron microscope. Through comparing the different pollen in polar view, equatorial view and surface ornamentation contrast, find that pollen characteristics of different species are quite different. The reasearch results provide a more reliable basis of classification for the classification and identification of the genus in Guizhou, with some taxonomic significance.Simple operation, large amount of information, sample nondestructive, convenient features are experienced for the first time by using near-infrared spectroscopy study of Aspidistra plants in Guizhou. By comparing the similarity analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis of15kinds of Guizhou sample of this genus near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra and data analysis to identify, investigate interspecific differences. Finding similarity comparison analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis, the analysis of the results of this genus Guizhou NIR spectra and data are consistent with each other and Guizhou different species of this genus in similar Comparative analysis on cluster analysis and principal component analysis exist differences widely. There are obvious differences in near-infrared absorbing other map and Guizhou production of this genus in a sample of each other among A. pingtangensis, A. liboensis, A. chishuiensis and A. guizhouensis. Moreover, A. sichuanensis, A. caespitosa, A. tonkinensis, A. luodianensis, Apingfaensis in samples of different origin differ. Therefore, this method can be used in Guizhou for identification of the genus Aspidistra. Differences in Guizhou Aspidistra from different points of origin indicate the presence of a wide range of plant intraspecific variation phenomenon. The results improve the Guizhou production of this genus in palynological study deficiency, fill in the gaps in the field of near-infrared spectroscopy in this genus and provide a better exploitation scientific basis. |
