Observation On Curative Effect Of Scraping Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Mild Hyperplasia Of Liver - Qi Stagnation

Background:the incidence of female mammary glands is high, although the disease is a benign disease, but some scholars believe that the disease may have a certain degree that turns into a vicious disease, aggressive treatments of breast hyperplasia which prevent some patients into breast cancer have a certain significance.Objective:By treating with acupuncture and scraping to observe the efficacy of liver Qi stagnation mammary glands,we may provide a viable clinical programs.Methods:Patients that comply with liver Qi stagnation hyperplasia standards will be randomized to the treatment group and the control group,30patients with acupuncture and scraping in treatment group,30patients treated with acupuncture in control group, both groups receive the same acupuncture treatment,2acupuncture treatments in one week; the treatment group also get one scrapping treatment in one week.. we observe their pain, changes in mass and systemic symptoms, and statistics.Results:The total effective rate is93.33%in the control group, the total effective rate is83.33%, P=0.0360<0.05, there is a statistically significant difference in clinical. Both groups were effective on pain, lump(p <0.05), but in the treatment group, pain, tumor size, and texture is better (p<0.05) than the control group, the lump range is similar effect (p>0.05). in the costal fullness and mood disorders, both groups are effective (p<0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group (p<0.05), but in the menstrual abnormalities, control group is ineffective (p>0.05), which treatment group can improve menstrual abnormalities (p<0.05),.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture scraping is effect, especially for pain and systemic symptoms are improved significantly, the treatment of scraping and acupuncture is low cost, environmentally friendly, easy to operate which can provide a better treatment solution. for mammary glands.
