Purpose: On one hand, analysising the basic properties of materials to explore the basic conditions suitable for spray drying,lay thefoundation for the two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparation sticking wall spray drying of key technologies. On the other hand,basing on preliminary exploration of the conditions, search appropriate accessories and matching relationships, and optimize spray drying device parameters.To get the best process of spray drying, improve the sticky wall, and provide a scientific basis for the production practice.Method:1①In the study of nature in traditional Chinese medicines on prescription formulation components were analyzed and grouped.In order to get flour yield index, relative density, viscosity, softening point, solid content as factors for different groups of experimental data and viscosity-solids-Intuitive column chart analysis was the relationship, compared to factors influence, determine the basic conditions.②The principles having different release wall representative screening test for univariate excipients, the four proportion materials:5%,10%,15%,20%was taked as indicators, comprehensive analysis of viscosity, softening point, through the packet data, viscosity contrast lines, proportions-too pink trend rate of change of the ratio-softening point-the relations between the rate waspink column chart analysis comparing screening an excipient formulation was effective in changing the rate of powder.2①Dunke particles: filter results based materials, materials for the study of threepreviously by Mixture Design to get powder rate index, the optimal ratio of preferably three materials with liquid and optimal distribution than to verify the same method. And then based on the optimal ratio authenticated selected inlet air temperature,the liquid temperature, pumpspeed to investigate three factors by Uniform Design U6(63).The experimental arrangement was optimized with data regression index based onUniform Design U6(63) treatment preferred device parameters and the same method validation.Results:1①Groups as follows:Dunke particles are divided into two groups: myxoid stroma, Others;Jiangtang Tongluo particles are divided into four groups:polysaccharides,starches,animals.others,the relative density is the most influence.Dunke particles relative density1.10, Jiangtang Tongluo particles1.08.②Selecte DT, β-CD, ST, AS,MCC, LT, MD, seven kinds of materials as the inspection object. Dunke particles: the effect of improving on sticky wall is≥AS> MD>β-CD>MCC>ST>LT; Jiangtang Tongluo particles:β-CD≥AS> MD> DT>MCC>ST≥LT2①Dunke particles: Mixture Design regression equation (Y=113.01498X1+6.76286X2-155.16588X3-23.10390X4+994.73454X3X4,P=0.0027), Uniform Design regression equation (Y=143.331-0.350X1-0.935X2-0.627X3+0.007X1X2,R2=0.9999), the optimizatal result is: WSC:DT:AS: MD=0.85:0.05:0.05:0.05, inlet air temperature165℃, the liquid temperature90℃, the pump speed20%.②Jiangtang Tongluo particles: Mixture Design regression equation (Y=68.00766X1+60.17601X2-110.83021X3+92.68675X4+349.55249X1X3+163.84269X2X3+280.56318X3X4,P=0.0027), uniform design reg ression equation (Y=73.412-0.909X1+0.500X2+0.008X1X2-0.013X2X3,R2=0.9999),the optimizatal result is: WSC:β-CD:AS:MD=0.500:0.05:0.188:0.262,inlet air temperature150℃, the inlet temperature of100℃, the pumpspeed10%.Conclusion:Material nature of the drug is an important reason affecting the Rate of Obtaining Powder. Dunke powder particles have a packet rate: myxoid stroma>polysaccharides; Jiangtang Tongluo particles: proteins,others>polysaccharides, starches.2①accessories for sticking with a wall of different effects of different extracts; whilethe same kind of materials can increase the softening point of the same extract, and the greater the proportion of materials, higher softening point; For the same extract, in a certain range, softeningpoint and get into some flour yield positive correlation; higher inlet temperature, the greater the rate was pink.②The higher myxoid stroma class content,the higher inlet temperature, more conducive to spray drying; polysaccharide content should not be too large, and theinlet air temperature is not too high.Starchy substance should avoidhigh temperature softening.The greater the protein content, the higher the efficiency of spray drying.
