Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type With Zheng 's Acupoint Massage + Electroacupuncture Combined With Gastrodin Injection

Objective: In this paper, by using Zheng Huaixian professor of acupuncture pointmassage and cupping with intravenous drip of gastrodine injection treatment ofvertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, observe its clinical effect.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria of clinical treated64patients withvertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, suspension, fall off,4cases wereremoved during the process of treatment,6.25%of the total. Actual into test cases for60cases. Treatment group: the cheng of gastrodine injection and acupuncture pointmassage+electric acupuncture for the treatment of30cases (male13cases, female17); The control group, including regular massage+cooperate with gastrodineinjection treatment of30cases (14cases of male and female16). Two groups oftreatment once a day,7days for a period of treatment,2days off after a period oftreatment, treatment of three consecutive period of treatment, the function status ofpatients after completion of each course, clinical symptoms, signs, and daily life statescore, transcranial doppler ultrasonic testing results to evaluate curative effectcomparison.Results: Two groups before treatment by age, gender, course and treatment before thestatistical analysis, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), two groups of casescomparable. Overall curative effect evaluation of the two groups after treatment, thetreatment group:15cases,10cases,4cases,1case, the optimal rate of50%, yield33.33%, the rate of13.33%, rate of3.33%; Control group: the control group optimalrate of23.33%, yield26.67%, the rate of43.33%, the rate of6.67%. By chi-squaretest, the two groups was compared with significant difference (P <0.05), thetreatment group was (83.33%) was higher than the control group (50%). Thetreatment group effect better than the control group.Conclusion: From the above research results show that (treatment group) of zheng of gastrodine injection and acupuncture point massage+electric acupuncture for thetreatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis curative effect is superior tothe regular massage+cupping (control group) with gastrodine injection. It can beseen that the cheng experience point for the treatment of vertebral artery type ofcervical spondylosis has good clinical effect.
