[Objective] To study the effects of low-dose remifentanil continuously infusion aftergeneral anaesthesia to prevent the emergence agitation during recovery from generalanaesthesia.[Method] The total of50cases general anaesthesia patients(ASA gradedⅠ-Ⅱ,age20-50,haven’t heart, encephalon, kidney disease or dysfunction)in our hospital from Oct2013to Feb2014were randomly divided into two groups. When the opreation was overall narcotics were stoped in the group D.The group R were using remifentanil0.025μg/kg·min continuously infusion after general anaesthesia until they live theoperating theatre. The Mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and the bispectralindex(BIS)were recorded preoperative, before extubation,at extubation,5min afterextubation. The Visual Analogue Scale/Scor(eVAS),Riker sedation aritated scal(eSAS)were also observed.[Results] BIS in two groups has no significant difference, indicating that after a smalldose of remifentanil continuous infusion had no significant effect on the recover ofgeneral anesthesia. The blood pressure, heart reat of the extubation process in theexperimental group are very significant differences than the control group, pull out thefluctuations caused by the endotracheal tube is smaller. VAS pain scores of the twogroups are significant difference, indicate the wound pain can be greatly reduced bysmall dose of remifentanil continuous infusion. Cough score between the two groupssignificant difference, the method can improve patient tolerance of the endotrachealtube, effectively reduce the degree of coughing. Scores between the two groups ofemergence agitation are significant difference. Description of this method can not onlyimprove patient tolerance of the endotracheal tube, but also play a very good therapeuticeffect of the stimulate of the catheter.[Conclusion] Low-dose remifentanil continuously infusion after operation can make, the hemodynamics of anesthesia recovery period more stable, the patients toleratedendotracheal tube better, the pain of wound reduced effectively, and no significant effecton the recovery of consciousness. It’s effective to prevent the emergence agitation during recovery from general anaesthesia.
