| Objective:To study the correlation analysis of the results of coronary angiography in patients with coronary artery angiography and thenar collaterals, for the study of coronary heart disease "endogenous collateral wind" pathogenesis and to provide objective evidence of coronary heart disease in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Method:Select 120 patients for coronary angiography from November in 2014 to January in 2015 in Dongzhimen Hospital, thenar inspection before surgery, specimens from the hands of thenar image, the observation and measurement of thenar overall inspection, thenar collaterals accounted for the proportion of collaterals, thenar, length, thickness and tortuous collateral, and collateral hands thenar pulse scor;Records of the results of coronary angiography in patients with postoperative, mainly including the angiographic diagnosis, clinical diagnosis, number of lesions involving the vascular lesions, vascular stenosis, vascular lesion length, and uses the Gensini method to coronary lesion score calculation. Statistical correlation analysis between the results of coronary angiography and thenar inspection of the two.Results:1.CAG performed in 120 cases of patients, acute myocardial infarction group hands thenar color up to blue (61.4%), followed by red (20.5%); coronary heart disease in patients with non myocardial infarction group, thenar color up to red (44.2%), followed by yellow(31.3%) and green (29.8%).2.The group of coronary heart disease but non myocardial infarction and the group of acute myocardial infarction was significantly greater than that of the integral of normal coronary group (P<0.05) in thenar collaterals, the acute myocardial infarction group had a significantly greater than coronary atherosclerosis group (P<0.01). Coronary atherosclerosis group and non AMI group than in the CHD although not statistically significant (P>0.05).3.Thenar venae coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that of non CHD group (P<0.01).4.Thenar venae diffuse coronary artery stenosis group was significantly greater than localized stenosis group (P<0.05), localized stenosis group and tubular stenosis group, no significant difference between the tubular stenosis group and diffuse stenosis group thenar venae (P>0.05); single branch lesion group and three-vessel group thenar collaterals pulse integration has significant difference (P<0.05), single vessel disease group and double vessel lesion, double vessel lesion and three branch lesions group of thenar venae difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group, severe thenar venae stenosis group increasing trend, and two two were statistically significant (P< 0.05).5.Non MI group of coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction group without coronary revascularization in patients with coronary artery disease (Gensini) integral of bivariate correlation analysis and thenar venae found a positive linear relationship between coronary heart disease patients with non acute myocardial infarction coronary lesion score and thenar venae (P<0.05), the degree of coronary artery lesions the more weight, the greater thenar venae.6.The coronary heart disease group hands thenar collaterals proportion was greater than in non CHD group (P<0.01); the hands of thenar collaterals normal coronary group, coronary atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease group, non myocardial infarction group, myocardial infarction group accounted for the proportion of thenar was significantly different (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. The overall color inspection can reflect the pathological factors of thenar chest pain in a certain extent.2.Coronary artery lesion severity, thenar collaterals accounted for a larger proportion of the length, diameter, thicker, more tortuous.3.The thenar collaterals can reflect the degree of coronary artery lesions to a certain extent, has the certain reference value to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. |
