Objective:Try to search for common acne severity disease general situation and its influence factors, and carried on the discussion to the infection of follicle, aims to provide data basis for the treatment of acne and daily protection, clinical service. Methods:Under the guidance of epidemiology knowledge to complete the questionnaire design, with the help of professional dermatologist to carry out the survey of 451 cases of patients include skin type, age, gender, and so on.Investigate physicians also of the high risk patients with acne, severity classification, professional assessment of traditional Chinese medicine and other information. Dermatologist checkout room teacher to check the follicle. SPSS20.0 software to analyze data and statistics.Result:1.Acne vulgaris general situation of the disease451 patients with acne, youngest 9 years old, biggest 49 years old, puberty onset in 241 cases, accounting for 53% of the total, after puberty onset in 210 cases, accounting for 47% of the total. The onset of women, women are men of 4.6 times.Skin type is given priority to with oily, combination, accounted for 47% and 47% respectively.92.7% of the patients with body mass index (bmi) belongs to the normal range, only 7.3% of the patients is overweight or obese. TCM syndrome type in intestines and stomach syndrome (45.01%), lung and stomach’s eagerness and heat syndromes in the majority (35.92%), liver blood stasis (13.08%), and mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome (5.99%). More skin with acne, pimples, abscess, nodules, cysts are relatively few. Patients with a family history of 141 cases, accounting for 31% of the total, a higher percentage of his father and mother.2.Women with specific cases163 cases of female patients makeup. Most patients’s menarche age Within the normal range, younger than 12,16 cases(4.3% ), age greater than 14,81 cases, accounting for 21.8%.271 patients before and after menstruation has a situation that the illness has a tendency to increase, accounting for 73.05% of the total,259 patients with dysmenorrhea. Skin type, TCM syndrome types, menarche age is different, form different acne severity.3.Acne severity influence factorsCombined with the data statistical analysis, the following results:Male and female patients were mainly Ⅰ, Ⅱ acne, Ⅲ, Ⅳ acne is relatively small, women than men are acne severity. In the majority with oily and combination skin type, grade Ⅰ acne in proportion to the dry skin is the largest, Ⅱ-level Ⅳ acne in proportion to the oily skin is the largest.Body mass index of less than 25 patients with light acne, body mass index greater than 25 higher percentage of patients with moderately severe acne.TCM syndrome type in gastrointestinal hot and humid proportion is the largest, lung and stomach accumulate heat syndrome, liver depression, phlegm and blood stasis of blood stasis syndrome by each second. Comparing different syndrome types, intestines and stomach hot and humid card and liver blood stasis acne severity there was no statistically significant difference, the other two are statistically significant difference between the two card type, severity is not exactly the same.Ⅰ level with acne acne largest percentage (55.3%), papules (50.3%), Grade II acne with largest percentage (51.0%), papules (37.3%), Ⅲ acne nodule largest percentage (42.0%), grade Ⅳ acne cysts largest percentage (16.1%).Patients without family history have higher percentage I level in acne, patients with family history have higher percentage Ⅱ-Ⅳ level in acne.Ⅰ level no itching symptoms higher proportion of patients with acne, Ⅱ-Ⅳ level higher proportion of the patients with itching with acne, Ⅱ,Ⅳ acne patients ratio is higher, with no symptoms of tenderness Ⅱ, Ⅲ acne has a higher proportion of patients with tenderness symptoms.Single factor regression analysis by gender, family history, influence of infection had acne condition (P<0.15). Sex for men increased Ⅲ, the probability of acne Ⅳ level; The probability of positive family history level increased Ⅲ acne; Of the probability of positive level reduces Ⅲ acne. Multiple factors regression analysis to get positive family history and gender influence the acne condition classification for men, men increased Ⅲ, Ⅳ probability of acne; The probability of positive family history level increased Ⅲ acne.4.Follicle mite infection factorsInfluence factors of follicle mite infection for gender, age and skin type. Women with positive rate is higher than male; After puberty group were higher than in adolescent group; Normal skin positive rate was highest (77.4%), mixed skin (76.8%) times, sensitivity, oily skin again, minimum dry skin (40.0%).Conclusion:1. Age less than 25, in the majority; Compared with high incidence, illness weight women.2. TCM syndrome types in hot and humid card is in the majority of intestines and stomach, lung and stomach type accumulate heat syndrome of blood stasis, liver depression, phlegm and blood stasis by each second. Comparison between syndrome type, in addition to the intestines and stomach damp heat syndrome and liver blood stasis acne severity difference is not obvious, the other are statistically significant difference between the card type.3. Men, have a family history of both increased moderately severe acne occurs.4. Follicle mite infection associated with sex, age and skin type.
