Clinical Study On Treatment Of Polycystic Kidney Syndrome With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By

Objective:Through the clinical research, intend to observe the curative effect of nourishing kidney and purging fire method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with the high testosterone (HT).Methods:From August 2013 to October 2014, select outpatients with PCOS of the high testosterone in gynaecological clinic of Guang’ anmen Hospital. The patients were conformed to the cases included and excluded in the standard. Forty-five cases of PCOS accompanied high testosterone according to random number table method divided into Chinese medicine group (30 cases, taking modified Zhibai Dihuang Formula) and Diane group (15 cases, take Diane-35). The Chinese medicine group patients take modified Zhibai Dihuang Formula from the fifth day of menstrual period for 28 days, and regardless of the menstrual;The Diane group patients take pill from from the fifth day of menstrual period for 21 days (if the patient is not the natural menstrual cramps, who shoul take progesterone capsule 0.2g every night before go to bed for 6 days. The efficacy was evaluated after treatment. The serum testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), estrogen (E2), the scores of TCM symptoms, acne, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR),the basal body temperature (BBT), routine blood test, ALT, Cr and BUN were compared between groups pre-treatment and post-treatment. The statistic method was respectively adopted the paired-sample T test nonparametric test or chi square test by using SPSS 19.0 statistic software.Results:1. After treatmen, Chinese medicine group and the Diane-35 group, the distinction of T level was significantly vary before and after treatment (P<0.01); Patients of the Diane group with high T after treatment, the serum levels of T, LH lower than before, there were statistical significance compared with before treatment (P<0.05). The two groups after treatment of serum T had no significant difference (P>0.05).2. After the treatment, traditional Chinese medicine group and the Diane-35 group TCM symptom score than treatment before were significantly lower (P<0.05) after treatment in the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).3. After the treatment, Chinese medicine group and the Diane-35 group acne score before treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05); but after treatment in the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).4.9 cases of basal body temperature of Chinese medicine groups appear bipolar order.5. After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine group and Diane-35 group with WBC,RBC, ALT, CR, BUN, compared with before treatment showed no significant changes (P> 0.05).Conclusions:1.Tonifying kidney-yin clearing fire Method can reducereducing the biochemical and clinical Kaohsiung hormone in patients with PCOS with HT.2. Tonifying kidney-yin clearing fire Method can promote the recovery of spontaneous ovulation in patients of PCOS with HT.3. Tonifying kidney-yin clearing fire Method treating PCOS has a certain degree of security.
