Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity Type By TCM Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Kidney Method And Its Effect On IL-17

Objective: Through the treatment of patients with chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,the method of TCM Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney was used to observe the integral of TCM syndromes before and after treatment and the changes of blood platelets about peripheral blood,and the level of serum IL-17 to discuss the treatment of nourishing yin and nourishing the kidney In order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of CITP by traditional Chinese medicine,it is attempted to explore the mechanism of IL-17 in the pathogenesis of CITP.Methods:According to CITP Western medicine diagnostic criteria and TCM syndromes diagnosis criteria,60 cases were collected with CITP of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,and random grouping(30 cases of therapy group and 30 cases of control group).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in general information,platelet count,serum IL-17,single TCM symptoms and TCM syndrome scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).All patients volunteered to participate in the study and gave informed consent.The treatment group was given the In-hospital preparations Xue-An-Ning granules of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney method,and the control group was given rise-platelets capsules,after 2 months of treatment,observed and compared the general data of the patients,as well as the scores of TCM symptoms,blood platelets,and judge the efficacy after treatment;In addition,detected and compared the levels of IL-17 before and after treatment by ELISA,and compared with 10 normal healthy cases.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy,the total clinical effective rate of therapy group was 79.3%,and the total clinical effective rate of control group was 53.6%,there was a statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of total curative effect in TCM syndromes,the total clinical effective rate of therapy group was 93.1%,and the total clinical effective rate of control group was 75.0%,therapy group was better than control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of IL-17 level,both of therapy group and control group were all significantly higher than normal group before treatment(P<0.05);the level of IL-17 was declined after treatment but higher than normal group as all(P<0.05),the improvement of IL-17 in treatment group was better than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney has definite curative effect for the therapy of patients with CITP of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type;This treatment method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CITP of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type and improve the quality of life of patients;This treatment method can Increase the platelet count of the patient’s peripheral blood with CITP of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type;The results show that this treatment method can reduce the level of serum IL-17 with CITP of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,which has a regulatory effect on the body’s immune function.
