Male infertility is one of the difficult diseases. According to WHO,15% of couples who is in reproductive age suffered from infertility, and male factor accounted for 40% to 50% in the family that is unable to bear children. In recent years, along with the continuously go deep into male science of traditional Chinese medicine research, whether in the basic theory, the disease or clinical treatment were made a far-reaching development.1. The etiology and pathogenesisThe etiology of male infertility is relatively complex, pathogenesis is still not fully elucidated. In traditional Chinese medicine, the etiology of male infertility is relevanted with kidney, liver, spleen, heart and other dirty, and more related with kidney. Mostly because of less refined, weak, dead sperm, sperm density, sperm, no impotence or ejaculation caused. "The Inner Canon of Huangdi" said: "Kidney qi deficiency is the main cause of male infertility machine. " After generations of physicians continue to explore, to the Qing Dynasty "The Secret Records" sum the cause of the disease up as "the essence of cold" and "gas ring", "phlegm", "water", "Jing" and "Qi" and other six kinds of.From the point of view of disease and syndrome, infertility or excess and the clinical observation found that, in recent years the trend has gradually increased the heat syndrome. Exogenous pathogenic factors, overeatingfeigan, emotions and internal injuries, voluptuous pathogenic, multiple positive, such as qi stagnation and blood stasis, heat and so on; and the lack of innate endowment, weak pathogenic Qi, is prone to deficiency syndrome. The rapid development of modern society, the change of life style, the influence of social environment, improvement of nutritional status, diet adjustment, disease changes, the deficiency syndrome incidence has declined, while the damp heat, blood stasis, phlegm dampness syndrome incidence rate increased. From the clinical symptoms, infertility patients appear scrotum wet, bulge pain, backache, irritability, yellow urine, blood stasis and damp heat performance, or soreness and weakness of waist and knees, be dizzy, fatigue, anorexia, the spleen kidney two falsely performance.2. The research methods and purposeThe research methods used in the clinical epidemiological research, on the basis of "WHO standardized examination and treatment of male infertilit Handbook" and the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine published the "TCM syndrome diagnostic efficacy of the standard" unified "male infertility clinical questionnaire", in the China-Japan Friendship Hospital andrology of TCM were collected from 207 male infertility patients combined into standard were investigated in male infertility clinical questionnaire, statistical distribution of TCM syndromes and risk factors, for clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility and to further explore the idea of TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment and provide a theoretical basis.3. The statistical results207 cases of patients surveyed, single type frequency of kidney yin deficiency syndrome accounted for 47.83%, accounting for 46.86% of kidney yang deficiency syndrome, qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome accounted for 25.6%, accounting for 24.15%, damp heat syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood, accounted for 14%, two accounted for 10.63%. The compound syndromes distribution of the top two are:the deficiency of kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency and liver qi stagnation syndrome 26 cases, accounting for 12.56%; the deficiency of kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in 24 cases, accounting for 11.59%. Analysis of risk factors of correlation obtained:the risk factors of male infertility, job stress, emotional stress, smoking, whether the relationship between TCM syndrome and infertility, premature ejaculation is close, easy to cause the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and kidney deficiency and liver stagnation and other symptoms, causes of male infertility.
