The thesis can be divided into systematic review and clinical research.The systematic review give a analysis which is about the knowledge and control situation of Acute Radiodermatitis from the point of Modern Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.Based on what have done, the argument foundation and research significance are put forward for the clinical research of preventing and controlling Acute Radiodermatitis by Jiawei Simiaoyongan Ointment.In clinical research,a randomized parallel controlled trial for the clinical interventional study will be designed to evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Jiawei Simiaoyongan Ointment against the acute skin injury induced by radiation.Purpose:to observe the clinical effect and safety of Jiawei Simiaoyongan Ointment against the acute skin injury induced by radiation.Method:40 malignant tumor patients who are treated by radiotherapy for the first time will be equally assigned to the treatment group and the control group at random. The treatment group who have finished the radiotherapy on the first day will be accepted the extra treatment of adding Jiawei Simiaoyongan Ointment in the conventional nursing foundation, and the control group implements conventional nursing. With the randomized parallel controlled trial, the skin of patients after the radiotherapy will be graded, and the most serious skin injury during the radiotherapy will be regarded as the extremes. Two groups’therapeutic effect and safety will also be evaluated after the patients have stopped the therapy for one week, and the score of KPS will also be assessed.Result:the grade of the control group is more serious than the treatment group(P<0.05), and exists the statistical difference.For the treatment group, the recovery and effective degree of skin injury in radiation area are better than the control group(P<0.05), and also exist the statistical difference. The score of KPS((P>0.05) have no difference between the treatment group and the control group after the radiotherapy.Conclusion:Jiawei Simiaoyongan Ointment can be effective to prevent and control the occurrence and development of radiation injures of skin, which can be manifested from its good safety, no untoward effect,the patient’s good compliance and high tolerance, the quality of life which is improved. The mechanism of action of Jiawei Simiaoyongan Ointment and popularization and application still remain of the further fundamental and clinical research.
