And Chinese medicine can reduce much side effects.Objective To study the basic TCM syndromes of. Thyroid associated ophthalmapathy (includingsyndrome-dieffrention factors) and the law of medicating. To summarize treatment methods of syndrome-dieffrention on Thyroid associated phthalmapathy by Ximing Liu.MethodsThe first step Based on literature search and experts consulting, "The Clinical Observation Table of Thyroid Associated Ophthalmapathy " was made.The second step According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria screening qualified cases.The third step Date was collected and compared with based on different prieods of 0,1,3,6,0 as preliminary examination. "The Clinical Observation Table of Thyroid Associated Ophthalmapathy " includes eight parts:Screening table; General information; medical history; Etiology suivey; TCM symptoms and physical signs;tongue and pulse picture; chemical examination; Relevant diagnosis at present.The fourth step Statistical analysis. SPSS22.0 was used. Algorithms include frequency analysis, repeated measurement of variance analysis.ResultsCurative effect evaluation The total effective rate of TCM dialectical treatment on thyroid associated ophthalmapathy was 40%,80%and 95% in 1,3 and 6respectively. Corresponding to liver fire, yin deficiency, fluid-dampness, the main function of the prescription are clearing liver-fire, diuresis and diffusing dampness, nourishing liver and kidney.
