Objective:To investigate the distribution and characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma before 131I treatment, and to provide guidance for syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods:On the basis of literature investigation,we designed the questionnaire of TCM syndrome type analysis, and collected the patients who had been treated with 131I in Department of Endocrinology,Qianfushan Hospitalfrom January 2018--March 2018,March 2019--April 2019.Summarize the methods of syndrome differentiation and establish the distribution of syndromes. Results:In this study,a total of 121 patients were collected, including 41 patients with spleen deficiency syndrome,27 patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome,14 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,11 patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome,13 patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome,7 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and 8 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Sex,age and the treatment times of 131I after operation had no significant influence on the distribution of TCM syndrome type(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after 131I treatment,it is found that spleen deficiency, liver depression,qi deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of the patients’discomfort, which has certain guiding significance for guiding clinical treatment.
