Effect Of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction On Heparin Prevention Of Deep Venous Thrombosis After Total Hip Arthroplasty

Purpose:replacement surgery clinical symptoms, signs, blood levels of D-dimer total hip by clinical observation, coagulation binomial (PT, APTT), blood transfusion after total drainage volume and lower extremity vascular ultrasound after1week changes to explore the efficacy of Decoction for Restoration of total hip arthroplasty prevention of deep vein thrombosis.Methods:Patients screened from November2012to November2013, the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics due to osteonecrosis or hip osteoarthritis and total hip arthroplasty as the object of study, a total of60cases. Grouped under a hospital order, divided into treatment group and control group,30cases, surgery by my department to complete the joint team of doctors, after other treatments are the same. Treatment group after the second day of oral Decoction for Restoration soups, each100ml,3times a day, morning and after lunch and dinner taking half an hour, continued for2weeks, while giving subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin subcutaneously, two are conventional dose (0.01ml/Kg). Observed after D-dimer levels in blood clotting binomial (PT, APTT), blood transfusion after total drainage volume and1week after lower extremity vascular ultrasound changes, the number of cases of DVT statistics, statistical data on income analysis.Results:Lower limb swelling (1) One week after the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05)(2) three days after D-dimer levels of the two groups of patients, the coagulation binomial (PT, APTT) with statistical significance (P<0.05)3) after48hours of total drainage volume comparison was statistically significant (P <0.05), no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) transfusion after the two groups of patients (4) after one week two patients were lower extremity vascular ultrasound review, the results were statistically significant. Conclusion:Decoction for Restoration combined use of low molecular weight heparin and low molecular weight heparin alone can reduce blood viscosity and by preventing DVT after total hip replacement occurred, undone Decoction for effectively promote venous return of blood, improve blood hypercoagulable state, reduce blood viscosity, total hip replacement on the prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis with good usability, worthy of further promotion.
