Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Ventricular Syndrome Of Ventilating Phlegm And Heat Syndrome By

Objective:To research the clinical efficacy and safety of Sheng Maixianxiong decoction treating qi deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD) combined with ventricular premature contraction(VPC).Methods:60patients who conform to the diagnosis standard were divided into the treated group and the comparable group.There were no significant difference in sexuality,age,the seriousness of the disease, etc, between the two groups (P>0.05), and the two groups are compareable.The two groups were given basic treatment.With basic treatment,the treated group was given Sheng Maixianxiong decoction and the comparable group was given betaloc.Treatment time is a month. Record the changes of Traditional Chinese medical(TCM) symptom scoring,conventional resting twelve guide league electrocardiogram,number of24hours VPC,heart rate variability (HRV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), fraction shortening(FS) and safety, through the statistical analysis,to determine the effect of two groups of treatment of CHD combined with VPC.Results:1. There are differet (P<0.05) between the two group in TCM symptom scoring,the total effective rate in treated group and the comparable group were93.3%、73.33%,and the treated group is better than the comparable group.2. Every group is effective in24hours VPC,the total effective rate in treated group and the comparable group were83.33%、86.67%,but there are no difference (P>0.05) between the two groups.3. Every group is effective in conventional resting twelve guide league electrocardiogram,the total effective rate in treated group and the comparable group were93.55%、89.66%,but there are no difference (P>0.05) between the two groups.4. Every group is effective in LVEF and FS,but the treated group is better than the comparable group.5. After treatment,the HRV of the treated group were markedly increased than before (P<0.05),but the comparable group were not improved significantly (P>0.05).6.The two groups were not occurred obvious adverse reaction events.Conclusion:1. Sheng Maixianxiong decoction can obviously improve the symptom of patients with qi deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome of CHD combined with VPC,such as cardiopalmus,choking sensation in chest,dysphoric,insomnia,etc.2. Sheng Maixianxiong decoction can significantly reduce number of24hours VPC in patients with CHD combined with VPC3. Sheng Maixianxiong decoction can significantly improve cardiac function of patients with CHD combined with VPC4..It is safe and reliable to use Sheng Maixianxiong decoction to treat qi depression and phlegm heat syndrome of CHD combined with VPCall in all, there were effective in treatment of Sheng Maixianxiong decoction treating qi deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome of CHD combined with VPC, and it is safe.
