Clinical Observation On Xiong's Ten-flavor Warming Gallbladder Decoction In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats (Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome) In Coronary Heart Diseas

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiongshi shiwei Wendan Decoction in treating ventricular premature beat in coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.Methods: Sixty-two patients with ventricular premature beat in coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the dynamic balanced randomized grouping method,with 31 cases in each group.One subject in the control group had to change the treatment plan due to changes in condition,and one subject in the treatment group withdrew from the study due to irregular medication.Finally,30 cases were completed in the treatment group and the control group respectively.The control group was given the standard treatment of ventricular premature beats in stable coronary heart disease.On this basis,the treatment group were given Xiongshi shiwei Wendan Decoction,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.The efficacy indexes such as TCM symptom scores,TCM clinical syndrome score,24 h dynamic ECG ventricular premature beats and Lown grade,as well as safety indexes such as blood routine,liver and kidney function and cardiac enzymes were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups to determine the efficacy and safety of ventricular premature beats in coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.Results:1.Comparison of TCM single symptom scores: the two groups improved palpitations,chest pain and shortness of breath comparably(P>0.05).The treatment group improved chest tightness,fatigue,body heaviness,spontaneous sweating and purple face and lips better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM clinical syndrome scores and TCM syndrome effect:the treatment group reduced TCM clinical syndrome scores better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.The TCM efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of improvement in the number of premature ventricular beats and treatment efficiency: the treatment group reduced the number of premature ventricular contractions better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and70.0% in the control group,the treatment efficiency of the treatment group for premature ventricular contractions was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of Lown classification improvement and treatment efficiency: the improvement of Lown classification was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05);the total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3% and that of the control group was 70.0%,the efficacy of Lown classification was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Safety comparison: There were no significant changes in the safety index before and after treatment in the two groups,and these were no significant adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Xiongshi shiwei Wendan Decoction is safe and effective in treating ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.
