Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Wind, Cold And Dampness, Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome) By Modified

ObjectiverThrough systems of clinical observation and research,this topic is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei-Duhuo-gisheng mixture in the treatment with knee osteoarthritis (wind musculoskeletal, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome), and to promote the application.Method:The96patients with knee osteoarthritis (wind musculoskeletal, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome) was recruited from the department of astrology outpatient clinics in the first affiliated hospital of human university of Chinese medicine。patients were randomly divided into three groups,31patients in treatment group treated with Jiawei-Duhuo-gisheng mixture (twice a day, every62.5ml),coordinated with Shujin topical package (on the knee for20minutes bedtime,once a day);32patients in control group treated with Duhuojisheng mixture (twice a day,every62.5ml),coordinated with Shujin topical package(on the knee for20minutes bedtime,once a day);33patients in base group treated only with Shujin topical package (on the knee for20minutes bedtime,once a day),These patients were treated for four consecutive weeks. Recorded patients’s VAS score, WOMAC score, TCM symptoms and physical signs of quantitative grading scores in pre-experiment and post-experiment.Result:1.Group comparison After treatment of four consecutive weeks, the VAS score, WOMAC score, TCM symptoms and physical signs of quantitative grading scores of the three groups were lower than pretherapy (P<0.05).2. Among groups。After treatment of four consecutive weeks, the decreasing VAS score, WOMAC score and TCM symptoms and physical signs of quantitative grading scores of treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05), and superior to the base group (P<0.05); the decreasing VAS score, WOMAC score and TCM symptoms and physical signs of quantitative grading scores of control group was superior to the base group (P<0.05)。 3.Comparison of the three groups of adverse reactions, during the treatment, the three groups have no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Jiawei-Doha-jisheng mixture can relieve to local pain symptoms, improve the function of the knee joint of the knee osteoarthritis patients (wind musculoskeletal, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome).The curative effect of jiawei-duhuo-jisheng mixture was superior to duhuo-jisheng mixture.
