Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on insomnia and the rehabilitation of neurological function by ginger garlic Du meridian moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:According to the standard of cerebral infarction with insomnia, we randomly divided the70Patients into treatment grouP and control grouP(n=35). On the basis of conventional treatment in both grouPs, Patients in the treatment grouP were treated by moxibustion on ginger and garlic, once every other day, every time about45min in the morning,rest on Sunday, January for a course of treatment. The control grouP given estazolam,2mg/time,1times a night, take it before going to sleeP(9PM), January for a course of treatment, Continuous3courses of treatment (90days) after, he Patients were observed the change of score between before and after treatment in PSQI index, SPIEGEL score, modified Barthel Index (MBI) and activity of daily living scale (ADL) score, neural function defect scale (NIHSS) score, SERS side effects scale score, to understand the situation of adverse reactions after treatment in Patients with insomnia, and the degree of neurologic imPairment, activities ability of daily living, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1. The change of PSQI index:Two grouPs of Patients with PSQI scores were decreased after treatment, there was significant difference comPared with before treatment (P<0.05), suggesting that the two grouPs had good effects on sleeP quality in Patients with insomnia after cerebral infarction; After treatment between the two grouPs had no significant difference (P>0.05), show the curative effect of PSQI index between the two way is no significant difference.2. Changes of SPIEGEL score:The two grouPs of Patients in SPIEGEL scores were decreased after treatment, comPared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), which indicated that both grouPs could imProve Patients sleeP. There was statistical significance difference between the two grouPs (P<0.05), showed that in imProving sleeP disorders the Patients with treatment grouP was suPerior to control grouP.3. The ability to imProve daily life situations:two grouPs of Patients before and after treatment of ADL index score difference is significant (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment grouP and the control grouP in imProving the quality of life of Patients with insomnia after cerebral infarction were significantly increased;4. The nerve function improvement:two grouPs of Patients before and after treatment of NIHSS score there were significant differences (P<0.05), has a good effect that two grouPs in the improvement of neural function after cerebral infarction Patients with insomnia; After treatment,the difference between two grouPs has statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the two grouPs have significant difference to imProve the degree of neural function defect, and the curative effect of treatment grouP was better than control grouP.5. SERS side effects scale score:the SERS score of Patients in the treatment grouP was significantly lower than control grouP after treatment,and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), that side effects of the treatment grouP was significantly lower than that of control grouP, the higher safety coefficient.6. The results of correlation analysis showed that:the two grouPs after treatment in Patients with PSQI and NIHSS, ADL correlation, and the results were statistically significant (P<0.05), shows that the degree of insomnia after cerebral infarction Patients has Positive correlation with the degree of nervous functional defects and Patients living ability.Conclusion:Du ginger garlic moxibustion treatment of insomnia after cerebral infarction curative effect and little side effect, can imProve the sleeP quality of the Patients and Promote the degree of neural function defect of Patients after cerebral infarction, in imProving the quality of daily life of Patients with insomnia, it also has obvious theraPeutic significance.
